The first few months of 2010 have been exiciting here at Gorilla - so I am keen to find some more talent to add to our development team. I'm actually looking for a person who is a bit like me - who really loves working with new technology and also loves working with people.

Our environment is an exciting one as we work with the very best of technology - and the best of customers who respect us and appreciate the professional role we fulfill for them. It's a challenging environment too because we constantly have the exciting task of testing and implementing the newest technologies.

Here's the details of the role:
Gorilla Technology is a client focussed support company that focuses on understanding the needs of the customer by constant consultation.

We are seeking someone outstanding to join us on the fringe of Auckland’s CBD. You should be intelligent, intuitive and passionate about delivering great results – be they web projects, custom applications, SQL performance tuning, or easy to use interfaces.

The candidate will ideally have considerable experience preferably with Microsoft .Net (C# or and Microsoft SQL Server. MySQL and PHP skills might be useful too. A relevant tertiary qualification would be good, but is certainly not essential. Regardless of what skills you come with we’ll push you to develop and extend your expertise in numerous areas.

The successful applicant will be responsible and friendly, a capable communicator, willing to learn, and self motivated. A natural aptitude necessary and an interest in technology is desirable. We like to make use of the latest technology innovations so it's important that you enjoy learning new things.

As this role relies heavily on working with both customers and other team members it is essential that the applicant be a great communicator.

Join us and you'll extend your knowledge, work with a fantastic team of technology experts, and have a lot of fun at the same time.
