For nearly 2 years Microsoft has been producing a weekly audio show called the 'Zune Insider' Podcast. It has focused on Zune related hardware, software, music, videos and discussions from staff inside the Zune team in Redmond, Washington. In anticipation of the upcoming launch of Windows Phone 7, Microsoft have recorded the first episode of 'Windows Phone Radio' - a new podcast hosted by Matt Akers (of the Zune Insider Podcast) and Brian Seitz.
Both Matt and Brian work at in Microsoft's HQ in Redmond, Washington, USA. Mat Akers is the Program Manager for the Zune Software Client which is used to link Zune devices and Windows Phone 7 handsets to your computer (via USB or wifi). Brian Seitz is a Group Marketing Manager.
Mat Akers suggested this week that Windows Phone Radio would be online on Friday, 24 September however it hasn't landed yet, but stay tuned for an update on it's availability. It is expected to be a weekly show.
The recommended way to download the Windows Phone Radio podcast will be via the free Zune software client.
